Job Description	Program Design to support results chains and measurement plans Monitor strategies for programs and prediction of impact Program M&E to develop baseline, mid-term and end-term evaluations and identify appropriate indicators to track and analyse through programs Support developing TOR for external baselines/evaluations, evaluating results and lessons learned Hands-on support for the Team to ensure outputs of programs Results Measurement Framework are fed back into interventions. Reporting - supporting the preparation of quarterly indicator and donor reports on all interventions Staff capacity building in the utilisation of M&E tools Ensure program compliance with donor requirements
