- Provide technical input into the implementation of entrepreneurship and self employment activities
- Scan and monitor existing institutional programmes, intellectual property and partners
- Leverage existing activities, gaps identification, and maximizing synergies
- Review M&E data and reporting, track programme performance & identify best practices
- Provide technical support and training services to partners and co-ordinate with relevant government entities
- Encourage private sector partners to commit finance service prodicts and other supports to new/growing enterprises
- Provide regular updates on implementation progress
- Prepare appropriate contributions to donor reports and technical reports as required
- Identify problems and challenges and offer solutions
- Support strategic vision of developing entrepreneurship skills among Zimbabweans
