Option 1: Submit Your Job Vacancy
Submit the vacancy using one of the four options provided. This will initiate a 12 step recruitment process managed by a talent acquisition specialist and culminating in the presentation of potential candidates for interview and possible employment. A placement fee is raised on successful job offer.
Option 2: Advertise the Job Vacancy
Alternatively, you can simply advertise the vacancy and receive direct applications from potential candidates. No placement fee is raised, but a small payment is required to activate the job advert. A logo can be flighted with the ad and an email account can be established to receive applications should anonymity be required.
