Established in 1992, CV People Africa provides recruitment services for the Southern African Region, its Diaspora and beyond.

Operations are driven by a team of qualified consultants supported by a sophisticated database and website. Our IT Systems represent fifteen years of research and development, and utilise fibre optic connectivity and the latest server technologies.

The scope of our work extends beyond Southern Africa and to date, successful placements have been made in Angola, Botswana, United Arab Emirates, DRC, Saudi Arabia, Lesotho, Liberia, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Malawi, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique & Zimbabwe.

CV People Africa has successfully undertaken large-scale, recruitment projects both locally and within the region for mining, construction, civil engineering, humanitarian and capacity building projects.

The CV People Africa brand and its longevity is the result of successful recruitment assignments undertaken over the last twenty years, placements being recorded in a total of 17 countries. Assignments range from one-off placements for NGOs and organizations within commerce and industry, through to large scale greenfield recruitment projects, and cover the full spectrum of junior, middle level, senior management and executive positions.

The CV People Africa Website showcases all the job assignments and client job advertisements. The site is linked to other local and international job boards creating a network able to target human capital within the wider African Diaspora. Recruiters also use the site to advertise job vacancies and attract direct applications from job seekers.

Out-sourced services include psychometric testing, medical screening, police clearances, media advertising, technical pre-selection interviews, travel logistics, etc.

Remuneration data collected during the registration process is statistically analyzed to produce salary surveys which can be freely downloaded from the website and which provides commerce and industry with invaluable information.

Various PDF e-Publications can be downloaded from the website including an employment handbook, and various articles relating to the recruitment process, CV writing, telephone interviews, newsletters, etc.
